From Fruit to Focaccia
About this course
Starting solids is one of those parenting milestones that feels equal parts exciting and absolutely chaotic. One minute you’re Googling “can babies eat avocado,” and the next you’re spiraling about choking, allergies, iron intake, and whether you’ve somehow already messed it all up.
Take a breath. You didn’t!
This course is designed to give you clear, evidence-based guidance on feeding your baby without fear, without pressure, and without the expectation that you need to do it “perfectly.” You’ll learn how to recognize when your baby is actually ready (spoiler: it’s not just about age), how to safely introduce foods including allergens, and how to navigate everything from gagging vs. choking to poop changes and meal schedules.
We’ll talk about what matters, what doesn’t, and what’s been overcomplicated by the internet.
Yes, this information is already out there. I share a lot of it for free on my Instagram. You do not need to buy this course to feed your baby well. This is simply everything in one place, organized and easy to come back to when your brain is running on two hours of sleep and a cup of coffee you’ve reheated 4 times.
You won’t find this course full of an overload of information, causing you to spiral over every bite. It’s just practical guidance to help you feel good about feeding your kid.
Parenting is only hard for good parents.
You’re doing a great job!
